Narrative:

Did not get IFR clearance until moments before pushback. Departure was alico 2. We arrived runway 6 and I assumed runway 6 departure procedures for departure, which is runway heading. On taxi out, ground changed runway to runway 24. Reviewed weight and balance for new runway, but failed to review departure procedure. Departure for runway 24 is supposed to be runway heading (236 degrees) until 2.3 DME rsw, then turn right to heading 270 degrees. We maintained runway heading and at 3000 ft MSL were given right turn 360 degrees. Rushed taxi, need to slow down and consider all factors in a runway change.
