Narrative:

We were flying eastward into WX. The captain had advised me of turbulence and told me to remain seated during the flight and not to do beverage service due to concerns about my safety. The last 30 mins of flight were constantly choppy/turbulent. When the captain gave 'prepare for landing PA,' I made my landing PA, but due to turbulence, I was both unable and frightened by turbulence to leave my jump seat to walk through the cabin for a compliance check, for fear of being injured.
