Narrative:
After selecting gear down, an electrical malfunction of the gear indicating system resulted in no gear down lights. A go around was accomplished and an alternate procedure for determining that the gear was down and locked was completed. It indicated down and locked. We also did a tower fly-by for confirmation. An emergency was declared and we landed uneventfully.
