Narrative:

I was cleared for (and acknowledged) the visual approach to runway 4L. Several mi later, approach turned me over to hnl tower. Tower cleared me to land on runway 4L. I acknowledged 'cleared to land runway 4L.' approximately 1.5 mi from the numbers, tower instructed me to 'pass behind the B737 departing runway 8R, cleared to land runway 4L.' I replied 'I can do that.' I maneuvered to the left while maintaining visual contact with the boeing rolling on runway 8R, then made an arcing turn back to the right, still maintaining visual contact with the aircraft so as to pass behind it. When I rolled out of the turn and looked up, I was lined up on the runway. The runway was clear and I proceeded to complete the approach and landing. Immediately upon touchdown, I realized that I had landed on the wrong runway. After clearing the runway, I asked ground control if 'anyone wanted me to give them a call.' the response was 'negative.' I proceeded to parking and secured the aircraft.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED FOR (AND ACKNOWLEDGED) THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 4L. SEVERAL MI LATER, APCH TURNED ME OVER TO HNL TWR. TWR CLRED ME TO LAND ON RWY 4L. I ACKNOWLEDGED 'CLRED TO LAND RWY 4L.' APPROX 1.5 MI FROM THE NUMBERS, TWR INSTRUCTED ME TO 'PASS BEHIND THE B737 DEPARTING RWY 8R, CLRED TO LAND RWY 4L.' I REPLIED 'I CAN DO THAT.' I MANEUVERED TO THE L WHILE MAINTAINING VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE BOEING ROLLING ON RWY 8R, THEN MADE AN ARCING TURN BACK TO THE R, STILL MAINTAINING VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE ACFT SO AS TO PASS BEHIND IT. WHEN I ROLLED OUT OF THE TURN AND LOOKED UP, I WAS LINED UP ON THE RWY. THE RWY WAS CLR AND I PROCEEDED TO COMPLETE THE APCH AND LNDG. IMMEDIATELY UPON TOUCHDOWN, I REALIZED THAT I HAD LANDED ON THE WRONG RWY. AFTER CLRING THE RWY, I ASKED GND CTL IF 'ANYONE WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM A CALL.' THE RESPONSE WAS 'NEGATIVE.' I PROCEEDED TO PARKING AND SECURED THE ACFT.
