Narrative:
Filed route on flight release was: smf dudes 9 fmg transition. ATC clearance on pre departure clearance changed route to llc transition. Flight crew failed to make transition change in flight plan already loaded in FMGC. Aircraft made the turn toward fmg at dudes intersection before being questioned by ATC which transition was being flown. Approximately 35 mi south of fmg, ATC assigned 030 degree heading direct lovelock when able.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG FAILED TO LOAD THE ACTUAL PDC IN THE ACFT FMS FOR DEP CAUSING AN ALERT FROM ARTCC CTLR AND NEW HDG TO REJOIN ASSIGNED RTE.
Narrative: FILED RTE ON FLT RELEASE WAS: SMF DUDES 9 FMG TRANSITION. ATC CLRNC ON PDC CHANGED RTE TO LLC TRANSITION. FLC FAILED TO MAKE TRANSITION CHANGE IN FLT PLAN ALREADY LOADED IN FMGC. ACFT MADE THE TURN TOWARD FMG AT DUDES INTXN BEFORE BEING QUESTIONED BY ATC WHICH TRANSITION WAS BEING FLOWN. APPROX 35 MI S OF FMG, ATC ASSIGNED 030 DEG HDG DIRECT LOVELOCK WHEN ABLE.
