Narrative:

Cleared through mmu class D airspace 1700 ft to prv heliport 3 NM northwest of airport. No TA's from tower. Received TA on our tcasi traffic indicating 400 ft above and descending, 2 mi to approximately our right front. Aircraft (bizjet) came into view in a matter of seconds at 2 O'clock position. We began a descent and it appeared the jet abruptly leveled (perhaps in response to an RA) and passed overhead. End of conflict. Tower told us it appeared to continue descent to 1800 ft but they weren't working it.
