Narrative:
On landing rollout above 100 KTS, tower controller issued a turnoff with a request for expediting along with a frequency and taxi instructions. This is not the first time I have seen this here. The very last time I was here almost the exact same thing happened and I called tower on the phone about it then. The tower supervisor said it was a known problem then and when I called today the supervisor said they had put out a reader on it. It is not working. Someone needs to make it painfully clear to the controllers up there that we still have a bit of work to do even after the nosewheel hits the pavement.
