Narrative:

Passenger suddenly had a seizure. Passenger not epileptic. Male passenger, 55 yrs old, was very pale. Medical assistance was requested. Aed was used to monitor heart rate which was normal. Blood pressure was low so water was given. After passenger drank a salty beverage, his blood pressure returned to normal. Prior to flight, passenger had been ill with a fever for some time. Flight was met by paramedics, who subsequently released passenger for his connecting flight to the bahamas.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING AN ILL PAX. HE HAD A SEIZURE THOUGH NOT EPILEPTIC. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE ON BOARD WAS ISSUED AND PARAMEDICS MET THE FLT.

Narrative: PAX SUDDENLY HAD A SEIZURE. PAX NOT EPILEPTIC. MALE PAX, 55 YRS OLD, WAS VERY PALE. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WAS REQUESTED. AED WAS USED TO MONITOR HEART RATE WHICH WAS NORMAL. BLOOD PRESSURE WAS LOW SO WATER WAS GIVEN. AFTER PAX DRANK A SALTY BEVERAGE, HIS BLOOD PRESSURE RETURNED TO NORMAL. PRIOR TO FLT, PAX HAD BEEN ILL WITH A FEVER FOR SOME TIME. FLT WAS MET BY PARAMEDICS, WHO SUBSEQUENTLY RELEASED PAX FOR HIS CONNECTING FLT TO THE BAHAMAS.
