Narrative:

Loss of oil pressure on right engine shortly after takeoff. Did precautionary shutdown and returned to fai. Oil dipstick cap came loose in-flight. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the engine was a P&west P6A-34 and the loss of oil was from the filler cap dipstick locking mechanism which failed.
