Narrative:

ZDC advised our aircraft to descend from FL280 to FL240. While descending from FL270 we had a TCASII TA, followed immediately by an RA to climb as we were at FL264. I commanded the aircraft to climb, and leaving FL272 a clear of conflict was announced. Distance horizontal was less than 2 mi. TCASII works!
