Ord ATIS not readable, intermittent. Altimeter setting not given on descent instructions or not received during transmission. Pressure was high, 29.92 in hg setting resulted in flying too low. When altimeter received from company for ord, 30.33 in hg, it was set in barometer by bearz, at 11000 ft MSL.
