Narrative:

Read back clearance to descend to 11000 ft and 210 KTS speed. ATC did not confirm readback. Later, ATC advised clearance was for another aircraft. ATC then said 11000 ft was ok to maintain, but increased to 250 KTS. Remainder of approach and landing was uneventful.
