Narrative:
ATIS information did not include NOTAM for the terminal area, as required. Jsd, abutting bdr class D airspace, was closed and NOTAM was issued, but ATIS did not include it. ATIS procedure requires NOTAM for the terminal area.

Narrative: ATIS INFO DID NOT INCLUDE NOTAM FOR THE TERMINAL AREA, AS REQUIRED. JSD, ABUTTING BDR CLASS D AIRSPACE, WAS CLOSED AND NOTAM WAS ISSUED, BUT ATIS DID NOT INCLUDE IT. ATIS PROC REQUIRES NOTAM FOR THE TERMINAL AREA.
