Narrative:
Takeoff from ege, on climb out, at approximately 13000 ft, ZDV told us of pop up aircraft at 13500 ft. Our TCASII gave us a 'descend RA.' we stopped our climb and started a slow descent within TCASII advisory.

Narrative: TKOF FROM EGE, ON CLBOUT, AT APPROX 13000 FT, ZDV TOLD US OF POP UP ACFT AT 13500 FT. OUR TCASII GAVE US A 'DSND RA.' WE STOPPED OUR CLB AND STARTED A SLOW DSCNT WITHIN TCASII ADVISORY.
