Narrative:

Suspect aircraft xyz was dispatched on trip zxx to abc with possible first officer GPWS terrain function inoperative after conversation with ZZZ mechanic who informed me at XA00Z feb/xb/99 there were 2 problems listed on pilot report. ZZZ mechanic made maintenance entry for WX radar and replaced receiver and transmitter and signed off log book accordingly. ZZZ mechanic turned over to second shift there was a problem with first officer terrain GPWS. I was called by ZZZ maintenance for placard on first officer radar indicator, being unaware of GPWS problem.

I WAS CALLED BY ZZZ MAINT FOR PLACARD ON FO RADAR INDICATOR, BEING UNAWARE OF GPWS PROB.
