Narrative:

I was making a landing at the tus airport. I was instructed to land on runway 11R. The winds were 20 KTS gusting to 31 KTS. I made 2 tries and on the third time I thought I was down. When a gust took me off the right side of the runway and my propeller tips struck a small sign. No other damage.

Narrative: I WAS MAKING A LNDG AT THE TUS ARPT. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO LAND ON RWY 11R. THE WINDS WERE 20 KTS GUSTING TO 31 KTS. I MADE 2 TRIES AND ON THE THIRD TIME I THOUGHT I WAS DOWN. WHEN A GUST TOOK ME OFF THE R SIDE OF THE RWY AND MY PROP TIPS STRUCK A SMALL SIGN. NO OTHER DAMAGE.
