Narrative:

Cleared for right base to runway 25R with another aircraft on 5 mi straight-in runway 25R and another on right downwind. When I called at 2 mi, I was cleared to land. The downwind aircraft was instructed to make a right 360 degree turn for spacing. As this turn converged our 2 aircraft, I became preoccupied watching him and the other aircraft on straight-in, and apparently did not check the gear green light. The result was the landing gear circuit breaker popped with the gear only slightly extended, and much damage to the aircraft.

THE DOWNWIND ACFT WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A R 360 DEG TURN FOR SPACING. AS THIS TURN CONVERGED OUR 2 ACFT, I BECAME PREOCCUPIED WATCHING HIM AND THE OTHER ACFT ON STRAIGHT-IN, AND APPARENTLY DID NOT CHK THE GEAR GREEN LIGHT.
