Narrative:

I was cruising northbound along east boundary of phx class B airspace, but was advised I violated the class B because the east boundary had been recently relocated approximately 2 mi further east. I did not know of the relocation. Upon being advised of my incursion, I checked date of my phx terminal chart and learned it had expired. Upon landing at sdl, I purchased immediately a current chart. My intrusion into class B was inadvertent.
