Narrative:

Skydivers exiting the jump aircraft over eagle airport, az, experienced a near miss with an aircraft in straight and level flight, while the jumpers were in freefall. Several groups of skydivers exited the cessna caravan from 13500 MSL (13000 ft AGL). One group of skydivers passed within 50 ft vertically and less than 300 ft horizontally from a small single engine aircraft. This aircraft was not observed to perform any evasive maneuvering. Announcements are made from takeoff through 3 mins, 2 mins, 1 min and jumpers away calls, on unicom 122.9 and bullhead tower 123.9. Many pilots do not seem to understand the hazard of skydivers, these near misses are not uncommon events.
