Narrative:

Passenger verbally insulted me and tried to intimidate me as well as other crew members. During meal service and following, he continued to drink alcoholic beverages after which his language became inappropriate. He cursed at me 3 different times, one of which he also pointed his finger in my face while I was seated and he stood. He was repeatedly asked to stop using that language and take his seat by the purser, first officer, #3 flight attendant, #9 flight attendant and myself. The final blow was during the breakfast service when he said he wanted some more f---ing coffee. (Pardon me.) the police were called to the flight, a report was taken, and the FAA notified. Unfortunately, this man is still flying and probably treating another crew this way. After he pointed his finger at me and cursed at me, I refused to serve him.
