Narrative:

Captain left cockpit. I donned oxygen mask. Had trouble breathing so I pulled mask away from face 1/4 inch to assist breathing due to cold. FAA inspector was on board and apparently wrote up my use of an oxygen mask.

Title: A DC10 FO IS WRITTEN UP BY AN ACR INSPECTOR FOR PULLING HIS OXYGEN MASK ONE QUARTER INCH AWAY FROM HIS FACE SO AS TO FACILITATE HIS BREATHING. THE CAPT WAS ABSENT FROM THE COCKPIT AT FL310 AND THE FO WAS SUFFERING FROM A COLD.
