Narrative:

On taxi out, all door lights were out. After taxi of 5 mins, I saw forward cargo door light on. Taxi back to gate, had cargo crew check forward/cargo door. The forward/cargo door was closed but not locked. Cargo crew locked the forward/cargo door and we taxied out for takeoff.

Title: MLG CREW GOT A CARGO DOOR WARNING LIGHT ON TAXI OUT.

Narrative: ON TAXI OUT, ALL DOOR LIGHTS WERE OUT. AFTER TAXI OF 5 MINS, I SAW FORWARD CARGO DOOR LIGHT ON. TAXI BACK TO GATE, HAD CARGO CREW CHK FORWARD/CARGO DOOR. THE FORWARD/CARGO DOOR WAS CLOSED BUT NOT LOCKED. CARGO CREW LOCKED THE FORWARD/CARGO DOOR AND WE TAXIED OUT FOR TKOF.
