Narrative:

General comment about taxiway sign at cle. We have had several incidents of taxi and takeoff at this airport. Even with all the messages/warnings/suggestions, etc, from both FAA and company about how to taxi for takeoff at cle, it is almost impossible to tell where you are when taxiing for takeoff on west runways. As many times as I've operated out of there, on this date I made a wrong turn taxiing to follow their 'orange' route. No conflict occurred, but the confusion is just too much. There have been runway incursions and wrong runway takeoffs. Needs much better taxiway signs.
