Narrative:

Called bdr tower 10 mi north for landing. Told to report right base for runway 24. Descended to pattern altitude (1500 ft for twins) and called tower with 2 mi right base. Tower said sikorsky airspace active and that I went through it. I have been based at bdr for several yrs and had never been aware of sikorsky control zone being active on sunday. Since I gave my position to the tower and they had me on radar, I believe they should have said sikorsky was active. Published hours for sikorsky are 1300Z to sunset monday through saturday. My flight was on a sunday.
