Narrative:
Performed annual inspection on aircraft xyz and found unairworthy. Provided list of discrepancies to owner. Aircraft flown on ferry permit once from ZZZ, us, to santa maria. Discovered that airworthiness directive 98-21-21 was overlooked during airworthiness directive research. Immediately informed owner of this omission. A more complete list of accessories during airworthiness directive research will prevent a recurrence.

Narrative: PERFORMED ANNUAL INSPECTION ON ACFT XYZ AND FOUND UNAIRWORTHY. PROVIDED LIST OF DISCREPANCIES TO OWNER. ACFT FLOWN ON FERRY PERMIT ONCE FROM ZZZ, US, TO SANTA MARIA. DISCOVERED THAT AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE 98-21-21 WAS OVERLOOKED DURING AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE RESEARCH. IMMEDIATELY INFORMED OWNER OF THIS OMISSION. A MORE COMPLETE LIST OF ACCESSORIES DURING AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE RESEARCH WILL PREVENT A RECURRENCE.
