Narrative:

On descent we were given a crossing restr of 13000 ft at vibes intersection. The altimeter for the local area was 30.37. We failed to reset altimeter from 29.92 causing us to miss our crossing altitude by approximately 450 ft. Center advised us to reset altimeter to 30.37 and maintain 13000 ft. Our procedure is descending out of FL180 we call for descent and approach checklist, reset altimeters. On this day we had distrs from both the flight attendants and ATC -- just as I was going to call for checklist.
