Narrative:

Mry radar was OTS and we were given a SID different from what we get normally. Because we fly the same routes 4 and 5 days a week, every week, every month, it's very easy to fall into habits. We set the altitude alerter to the altitude we normally get, not the one in the assigned SID. We leveled off at 7000 ft instead of 6000 ft.
