Narrative:

Clearance was radar vectors to rbv then J230. Inbound to rbv, the captain asked me for the outbound course from rbv. I looked at the current commercial chart united stated hi-4 chart. I picked up the wrong course 293 degrees from J64 instead of 274 degrees from J230. We both set 293 degrees in our course windows. Shortly after passing rbv, new york told us that we were north of course by 4 NM. I found my error and we set and flew the proper course.
