Narrative:

On jan/xa/99 I became aware of a discrepancy between shop drawing and the materials being used in my shop to fabricate cargo boards. To my knowledge, all cargo boards produced by this shop since I have been assigned here have incorrect inserts installed in them, per the above reference drawing. Also, the air carrier drawings in our shop for these boards are not in agreement with the above reference drawing.

Narrative: ON JAN/XA/99 I BECAME AWARE OF A DISCREPANCY BTWN SHOP DRAWING AND THE MATERIALS BEING USED IN MY SHOP TO FABRICATE CARGO BOARDS. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, ALL CARGO BOARDS PRODUCED BY THIS SHOP SINCE I HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED HERE HAVE INCORRECT INSERTS INSTALLED IN THEM, PER THE ABOVE REF DRAWING. ALSO, THE ACR DRAWINGS IN OUR SHOP FOR THESE BOARDS ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THE ABOVE REF DRAWING.
