Narrative:
On dec/xa/98, abcd wxyz and I installed #1 radio altimeter transmit and receive antennas on aircraft xyz. We then accomplished all required checks for replacement of the antennas. I am fully aware of the fact that the radio altimeter system has the lower minimum performance status of the aircraft and that I am not lower minimum performance qualified on F100 aircraft. I signed off the E-6 logbook and the fmr run and I forgot to have abc wxyz employee #xtxt, who is F100 lower minimum performance qualified, sign with me.

I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE FACT THAT THE RADIO ALTIMETER SYS HAS THE LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STATUS OF THE ACFT AND THAT I AM NOT LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE QUALIFIED ON F100 ACFT. I SIGNED OFF THE E-6 LOGBOOK AND THE FMR RUN AND I FORGOT TO HAVE ABC WXYZ EMPLOYEE #XTXT, WHO IS F100 LOWER MINIMUM PERFORMANCE QUALIFIED, SIGN WITH ME.
