Narrative:

Flew aircraft xyz inbound to cvg from mem on jan/xa/99. Dispatch decided to tail swap airplane with other company plane but never advised either crew. Therefore, my airplane had cle freight on it when I returned to mem, and did not realize until arriving in mem. Then noticed that my release was for a different aircraft (xzy). Therefore, wrong airplane was flown from cvg to mem due to a lack of communication between dispatch and crew. Also, pilot error for not catching it on the release himself.
