Narrative:

The flight plan showed us cleared mtu hbu ama. Our pre departure clearance read mtu hbu ALS ama. Both the flight crew missed this change. ATC called up. We needed to correct 20 degrees right to go to ALS. We were on a heading for direct ama. No traffic conflicts. Corrected to ALS then ama. ATC said there was no problem. This was one of those easily missed pre departure clearance changes and just requires a little more attention on our part.
