Narrative:

About 1/2 hour prior to pushback, ramp agent delivered form with following dangerous goods listed: infectious substance liquid: (hiv) hepatitis B (virus) hepatitis C (virus). Company SOP allows for carriage of up to 55 pounds. Flight was eventually canceled due to WX but should we be carrying such a combination of the most contagious and dangerous substances onboard an airplane? What kind of liability would there be if someone survives an aircraft accident or incident only to succumb to disease caused by compromise of containers carrying these goods?
