Narrative:
Climbing out from glr (going to home base -- Y47) autoplt began diving and rolling wildly. I fixated all my attention to autoplt and lost attention to navigation. (Was VMC between layers, with no visual ground contact.) again, not paying attention to navigation, I inadvertently flew into restr R4201A&B, while 'hot.'
