Narrative:

Taxi collision with a parked aircraft. After being cleared to taxi to the ramp, I was met by a 'follow me' cart who darted between planes to where he wanted me to park and began waving me to that spot. I turned left on the ramp and was blinded by the low, yellow sun. I was watching the ramp attendant and did not see the small, yellow bonanza on the ramp due to the sun directly over the bonanza. The right wing of the bonanza impacted the nose of the citation I was taxiing. I should have been more observant of this aircraft and less fixated on the ramp attendant. The ramp attendant should have provided true 'follow me' guidance and not rushed to the parking spot via a route that I could not maneuver.
