Narrative:

Upon landing at psp, APU would not start. We wrote up discrepancy in logbook, called company. Contract maintenance came to aircraft and signed off log with applicable MEL. We then departed. Upon arrival at destination, captain realized we did not amend our dispatch release to reflect addition of MEL item. This should have been done prior to departure.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING LGT ACFT WAS DISPATCHED WITH THE APU INOP AND DEFERRED BUT NOT SHOWN ON THE RELEASE.

Narrative: UPON LNDG AT PSP, APU WOULD NOT START. WE WROTE UP DISCREPANCY IN LOGBOOK, CALLED COMPANY. CONTRACT MAINT CAME TO ACFT AND SIGNED OFF LOG WITH APPLICABLE MEL. WE THEN DEPARTED.
