Narrative:

On dec/xa/98, xyy bxxbx and I installed #1 radio altimeter transmit and receive antennas on aircraft xyz. We then accomplished all required tests for replacement of the antennas. I am fully aware of the fact that the radio altimeter system affects the lower minimum performance status of the aircraft and that I was not lower minimum performance qualified on F100 aircraft. I signed the flight logbook and the job cards and forgot to have xyy bxxbx employee #ayzzy, who is F100 lower minimum performance qualified, sign with me.
