Narrative:

The flight was delayed due to a mechanical. We were told hydraulic in nature. Finally boarded aircraft, taxied out, took off, we immediately smelled an electrical/plastic type of smell. Called cockpit -- the smell was getting stronger. Captain immediately returned to sfo, landed safely, deplaned. Crew experienced headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, and tightness in throat. Taken to medical, checked. I was given tylenol for headache, observed for 1 hour and then released.
