Narrative:

On dec/xa/98 upon landing at msp and clearing runway 12R we were immediately instructed to taxi from txwys C, D, F to the gate. As we started to do an after landing checklist, we were interrupted by ground to wait for an air carrier Y B727. There was a bit of confusion as to what we should do. As a result, we missed the flaps on the after landing checklist. We then taxied to the gate. Upon reaching the gate we were met by the 2 msp FSDO agents who after identing themselves stated they would like to perform a ramp check. They requested our tickets and medicals, which we produced. The captain noted the flaps in the down position and immediately retracted them. The lead agent said he had also noted the flaps down, which became the reason for the ramp check. They inspected the checklist and the maintenance log and then left.
