Narrative:

I was working radar on the sie and cyn sectors combined. I had aircraft #1 landing jfk at FL220, aircraft #1 was on the camrn arrival to jfk. I heard on a landline, from who I thought was the ZNY arrival sector, to hold all aircraft. At that point I issued holding instructions to aircraft #1 and aircraft #1 continued inbound on camrn arrival. I then issued turn to aircraft #1, and aircraft #1 flew into ZNY arrival sector (camrn) without pointout.
