Narrative:
Using my #1 radio, I was cleared to take off, and beyond that, the transmission was garbled. The next transmission was also garbled. I then immediately switched to my #2 radio, which I had preselected for departure frequency 134.75. They cleared me to 4000 ft and eventually to 4500 with a right turn to 250 degrees direct on course to anderson.
