Narrative:

I did not notice certification sticker was out of date maybe because certificate sticker is not same color as all our certificate stickers in shop and is certified for 5 yrs. My foreman caught certificate sticker out of date. Units were pulled from service. Out of date units were sent to standard laboratory for certification. I think all our certificate stickers should be same color and easy to read.

Title: F100 ACFT HAD CREW OXYGEN REGULATORS ADJUSTED AND TESTED WITH TEST EQUIP CALIBRATION OUT OF DATE.

Narrative: I DID NOT NOTICE CERTIFICATION STICKER WAS OUT OF DATE MAYBE BECAUSE CERTIFICATE STICKER IS NOT SAME COLOR AS ALL OUR CERTIFICATE STICKERS IN SHOP AND IS CERTIFIED FOR 5 YRS. MY FOREMAN CAUGHT CERTIFICATE STICKER OUT OF DATE. UNITS WERE PULLED FROM SVC. OUT OF DATE UNITS WERE SENT TO STANDARD LABORATORY FOR CERTIFICATION. I THINK ALL OUR CERTIFICATE STICKERS SHOULD BE SAME COLOR AND EASY TO READ.
