Narrative:

On this date I was PF and captain of flight xyz, air carrier from bkx to msp. We arrived msp at approximately XA00 and landed on runway 12R. Upon exiting on taxiway C, ground control directed us to taxi taxiway C with an immediate right turn to taxiway D to taxiway F and to our ramp. At the same time, an air carrier B727 was taxiing northwest on taxiway a and directed to transition to taxiway H which crossed our intended taxi line. There was some confusion as to whether we were to taxi in front or behind the B727. We elected to wait for him pass in front. We then taxied to air carrier assigned new ground frequency and forgot to perform the after landing checklist, which resulted in the flaps being left down fully extended. Upon arrival at the gate and after the passenger were deplaned, we were met by 2 msp FSDO agents who requested that they would like to perform a ramp check. They did so satisfactorily and they noted what drew their attention to us was the flap down position. They checked our tickets, the mechanical records, and the checklists. They then left.
