Narrative:
Went over 16 hour duty day. On a 3 leg trip, had 2 mechanicals which delayed flight. I was aware I was approaching 16 hour day, but I thought as long as I blocked in under 16 hours I was ok. (I did not realize I needed to add another 30 mins to my block-in at the termination point.)
