Narrative:

After takeoff from slc, flight attendant called cockpit reporting loud noise from forward galley door and air was entering into forward cabin. There were no abnormal indications in cockpit and the aircraft had pressurized normally before takeoff. The aircraft would not hold pressurization after takeoff. We returned immediately to slc without further incident. Maintenance informed me that a door could be open even if it shows closed on the so panel. They checked the door for proper closing, pressure tested the aircraft, and returned the aircraft to service.
