Narrative:

After being cleared into position on runway 26R, I taxied onto the numbers to hold, reading back the clearance exactly as read to me by the controller on frequency 119.5, the tower. Approximately 1 min later a heavy jet landed over the top of my aircraft barely missing my aircraft. Shortly thereafter the tower controller cleared me into position to hold again. I told him that I was already in position and holding. Following about 1 min of silence I was cleared for takeoff and nothing else was said. I feel this was without question the fault of the controller who appeared to be in training.
