Narrative:
Didn't hear everything that happened except I overheard the captain say, 'can you behave yourself and act like a gentleman, or do we have to take you off?' passenger was upset about his entree choices (no beef left, but plenty of other choices) and had torn up his menu. People need to realize that the airplane is not a restaurant and we do run out of choices! The purser said she'd had this man and his wife plenty of times before and they were difficult. He needs to be banned from flying with company.

Narrative: DIDN'T HEAR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED EXCEPT I OVERHEARD THE CAPT SAY, 'CAN YOU BEHAVE YOURSELF AND ACT LIKE A GENTLEMAN, OR DO WE HAVE TO TAKE YOU OFF?' PAX WAS UPSET ABOUT HIS ENTREE CHOICES (NO BEEF LEFT, BUT PLENTY OF OTHER CHOICES) AND HAD TORN UP HIS MENU. PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE THAT THE AIRPLANE IS NOT A RESTAURANT AND WE DO RUN OUT OF CHOICES! THE PURSER SAID SHE'D HAD THIS MAN AND HIS WIFE PLENTY OF TIMES BEFORE AND THEY WERE DIFFICULT. HE NEEDS TO BE BANNED FROM FLYING WITH COMPANY.
