Narrative:

I was on my way on a solo flight to thomson mcduffie county airport. As I taxied to the end of the ramp where they just finished construction and I wasn't clear on where the new taxiway intersected, I called ground and they told me to taxi to runway 18 on taxiway B. Without thinking I crossed the runway without permission. As I crossed I saw another plane touching down, but was well out of the way when it passed. I crossed without thinking because I had a lot on me at school and was behind on my flts. I was trying to get it done and get back because I had so much to do.

Narrative: I WAS ON MY WAY ON A SOLO FLT TO THOMSON MCDUFFIE COUNTY ARPT. AS I TAXIED TO THE END OF THE RAMP WHERE THEY JUST FINISHED CONSTRUCTION AND I WASN'T CLR ON WHERE THE NEW TXWY INTERSECTED, I CALLED GND AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAXI TO RWY 18 ON TXWY B. WITHOUT THINKING I CROSSED THE RWY WITHOUT PERMISSION. AS I CROSSED I SAW ANOTHER PLANE TOUCHING DOWN, BUT WAS WELL OUT OF THE WAY WHEN IT PASSED. I CROSSED WITHOUT THINKING BECAUSE I HAD A LOT ON ME AT SCHOOL AND WAS BEHIND ON MY FLTS. I WAS TRYING TO GET IT DONE AND GET BACK BECAUSE I HAD SO MUCH TO DO.
