Narrative:

It was after meal service. The #3 flight attendant and I were in the aft galley cleaning up and closing down. Fasten seatbelt sign was on, but there wasn't any turbulence or any warning from cockpit. We dropped violently and shook. The #3 flight attendant and I were both thrown up, left and back, so violently that we weren't able to situation down and strap in. On the second drop we were in our jump seats, but we fell so hard that the jump seat closed on me. When things calmed down we checked on passenger -- no injuries and when adrenaline left our bodies we realized we were injured. Her left arm and my left shoulder and neck. More information from non existent pilots would have been helpful.
