Narrative:

Takeoff preparation distrs caused my failure to see an aircraft on final. The landing aircraft saw me move onto the runway and went around. I made standard radio calls. Other aircraft was NORDO. Other operator said it was 'not close,' and that he saw me in plenty of time. I'll look more closely now.

Narrative: TKOF PREPARATION DISTRS CAUSED MY FAILURE TO SEE AN ACFT ON FINAL. THE LNDG ACFT SAW ME MOVE ONTO THE RWY AND WENT AROUND. I MADE STANDARD RADIO CALLS. OTHER ACFT WAS NORDO. OTHER OPERATOR SAID IT WAS 'NOT CLOSE,' AND THAT HE SAW ME IN PLENTY OF TIME. I'LL LOOK MORE CLOSELY NOW.
